EMOVIS commissioned a refreshed concept and visual proposal for the IBTTA Annual Summit 2025 in Denver. The brief called for a high-impact island booth, a layout that supported meetings and hospitality. Translating into an eye-catching booth and a simple, locally themed activation.

We created a compact, experience-first island stand that balanced product visibility, private conversations, and an informal setting. Concept and messaging centered on regional relevance and clear technical.
We handled end-to-end production, on-site setup, supplier coordination, and centralized expense administration. Branded giveaways were also produced and given to reinforce the booth experience.
The booth delivered strong and meaningful conversations by pairing the meeting space with an approachable activation. High engagement on the activation with measurable contacts captured.
